Help with Publishing to the Web
You can publish any of your Approver.com documents to the web. You publish documents to the web when you want anyone to be able to access your document, whether they're a member of Approver.com or not.
To publish a document to the web, first create the document, then go to the Publish page. You'll see a list of documents you can publish to the web. Click on the document you wish to publish, then click on The Web in the list of destinations, then click on the Publish button. The document will be published.
You can view a list of documents you've published to the web. From this list, you can unpublish a document, removing it from the public web so only you (and invited reviewers) can access it.
You don't need to own a server or understand programming to publish documents to the web. Once your file is published, Approver.com provides a snippet of HTML code that will enable you to embed the document in your own web site or blog if you like. You can also send a link to the file via email.
Once you've published a document to the web, anyone can potentially get access to it. If you want to share a document with someone privately, you should invite them to review it using Approver.com rather than publishing it to the web.
All Approver.com users are subject to Approver.com's storage and bandwidth restrictions.
