Help with Themes

Approver.com themes enable you to customize the appearance of the Approver.com document review page. When you apply a theme, the top of the document review page can contain nearly any content -- images, your personal contact information, links to your web site, and more. All the users you invite to review a document will see your theme at the top of the page. You can think of a theme as something like your corporate letterhead.

You can create a theme and apply it to any of your Approver.com documents.

You can have as many themes as you like, and different documents can have different themes.

You can also designate a theme as your default theme. Default themes are applied to all the new documents you create on Approver.com (although as the document author, you can change or remove a theme at any time). Set your default theme on your profile page.

Once you've created a theme, it appears in your My Documents page alongside your other Approver.com documents. You can invite other Approver.com users to use your theme, just as you do with other Approver.com documents.

Occasionally we create themes on behalf of our users. We do this for paid users, as well as users who sign up their colleagues.
