Importing Contacts

You can import contacts from a number of address book products into Approver.com. Importing your address book makes it much easier to invite users to review documents because you don't need to type your colleagues' names and email addresses all over again.

You can import address books from the following products:

Our address book import functionality is provided courtesy of our pals at Plaxo. You don't need to be a Plaxo user to import addresses.

To import addresses into your Approver.com account:
  • Go to the import contacts page
  • Click on the button labeled "Add From My Address Book"
  • Select the type of address book you want to import (log in to that system if necessary)
  • Select the contacts you wish to import
  • Click on the Done button
Your contacts will be imported. The next time you create a document, your imported contacts will be available for you to select and invite on the document page.
