Javascript is required on Approver.com

If you are using Firefox with NoScript you can enable Approver.com to use Javascript by going to the Tools menu, selecting Extensions, clicking on the NoScript extension, and clicking on the Options button. Type "approver.com" in the text box, then click on the button labeled "Allow". The page should reload and you should then be able to use Approver.com normally.
