Paying for Another User's Approver.com Pro Account
You can pay to upgrade another user's Approver.com account. Do this by clicking on their user name (either in your contacts, in a document review page, or anywhere else their user name appears). This takes you to the user's profile.
In the user's profile, click on the link that says "Purchase this user an Approver.com Pro account". You'll be taken to our checkout, where you can pay for the user's upgrade using PayPal or your own credit card. Pricing is the same as for our normal Approver.com Pro upgrades.

While this flow works well for upgrading a single user, there are a few disadvantages:
- It can take a while to purchase two or more accounts at a time
- It doesn't give you the ability to create paid accounts for users who aren't already registered with Approver.com
- Once you've paid for an account, there's currently no way to reassign the paid account to someone else (if, for example, the paid account is for someone who works for you and then changes jobs)
- You currently have no way of assigning policies to your users (for example, some users want to impose rules or restrictions on what their paid users can do with Approver.com)
We're currently working on a way to resolve all these issues and make it easier for you to manage large numbers of Approver.com users whose accounts you pay for and manage. This feature, called Approver.com User Management, will give you much of the control and flexibility you enjoy when managing any intranet application you use today.
