Using Approver.com To Create Calendars
You can use Approver.com to create a calendar to share with colleagues. Calendars are normal Approver.com documents (similar to
documents you create in the browser). But to make it easier to organize your schedule, we automatically add formatting and structure to the document that makes it easy to assign information to each day. The end result is a formatted document, similar to a day planner, containing a series of dates.

Here are some tips on working with calendars in Approver.com:
- You can create as many calendars as you want (subject to the limitations on your Approver.com account)
- You can invite reviewers and approvers to access to your calendar if you wish. You do this by inviting them to review the document (the same as with any other kind of Approver.com document)
- You will receive alerts when others view, comment on, or approve your calendar (the same as with other Approver.com documents)
- You can publish your calendar to the web if you like
- Calendars can have themes. If you have a default theme, it will be assigned to your calendar automatically
- You can share calendars with any workgroups you belong to
