Why Aren't My Colleagues Responding to my Invitations?
Occasionally the invitation emails we send to new users on your behalf are spam-filtered by recipients' email programs. Also, every so often people misspell other peoples' email addresses. There's unfortunately not a lot we can do about this, but if you invite someone to review a document and notice that they haven't picked it up after a day or so, you can send the person a direct link to the Approver.com registration page, which is here:

If you've corresponded with the person in email in the past, there's a lower chance that your email will be spam filtered. Once they've registered for Approver.com it should be easy for them to pick up documents that you send them.
