Inviting Others to Review

Once you've created or uploaded a document, you can invite co-workers to come to Approver.com to review the document. When you invite someone to review a document, they'll receive an email alert telling them to come to the site. If the reviewer hasn't signed up with Approver.com yet, they'll be sent to Approver.com's registration page (which usually takes under a minute to complete), and then they'll be taken directly to the document.

Once you've started inviting people to review your documents on Approver.com, you'll automatically build up a list of contacts. This makes it even easier to invite reviewers because you don't have to type their names, just pick them from your list.
